Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. UK delivery typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. International delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on destination.

Yes. All orders ship via tracked courier. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking reference once your order leaves us.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To start a return, email clientservices@lordmakomerce.com with your order number.

Once we've received and inspected the return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
